Shared Care with GP or other medical professionals 

We are happy to share care with proactive GP's/doctors to enable them to confidently prescribe for their patients.

 This service is for over 18's only at this time,  

and includes a face to face meeting with our specialist nurse, 

then a shared care agreement is drawn up 

Cost £150 after your GP/doctor agrees to the SCA a £25 per month subscription this covers ongoing advice and guidance to your GP/doctor in agreement with you. 

As fully qualified UK registered non medical prescribers & Specialist gender health care nurses, we can advise your GP/doctor, to enable them to offer prescription on a shared care basis,

Please note we do not provide private prescriptions
