LIFE ADMINISTRATION
We can provide letters for general life administration for Passports, Drivers Licence and also letters to your surgery team to confirm gender incongruence.
Please note important points below...
The letters are written and signed by our experienced ,registered health professional, but in order for us to provide these, you must be a registered client with our service for a minimum of 6 months and have had at least two meetings with our team, one of which needs to be face to face at our clinic and one with our Nurse who needs to be able to establish that you are unlikely to revert to your gender at birth and that you are presenting as your acquired gender.
NOTE the letters are not a formal diagnosis of gender dysphoria and we do not guarantee that all services or government departments will accept these letters on their own.
