Shared Care with GP or other medical professionals 

We are happy to share care with proactive GP's/doctors to enable them to confidently prescribe for their patients.

 This service is for over 18's only at this time,  

and includes a face to face meeting with our specialist nurse, cost £150

then a shared care agreement is drawn up;

 Once your GP/doctor agrees to share care a £25 per month subscription is required, this covers ongoing advice and guidance to your GP/doctor in agreement with you.

As fully qualified UK registered non medical prescribers & Specialist gender health care nurses, we can advise your GP/doctor, to enable them to offer prescriptions on a shared care basis,
