Shared Care with GP or other medical professionals 

We are happy to share care with proactive GP's/doctors to enable them to confidently prescribe for their patients.

 This service is for over 18's only at this time,  

and includes a face to face meeting with our specialist nurse, cost £150.

 Once your GP/doctor agrees to share care a £25 per month subscription is required, this covers ongoing advice and guidance to your GP/doctor in agreement with you.

As fully qualified UK registered non medical prescribers & Specialist gender health care nurses, we can advise your GP/doctor, to enable them to offer prescriptions on a shared care basis. We are happy to meet any established local primary care protocols for shared care and have comprehensive protocols for masculinising hormones and feminising hormones.

Please note we do not provide private prescriptions
